2/ Applicable law and competent courts

In accordance with Article 17 of Law 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), the Website www.didactic.care is subject to French law, as well as these terms of use (TOUs).

Exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Paris (France).

This legal information is written in French. If it is translated into one or more other languages, only the French version shall be binding.

The purpose of the Website is to present the activities of DIDACTIC and the other companies in its group, in terms of the services and/or products they offer for sale. This information is given for information purposes only and shall not be considered as constituting any contractual guarantee offered by DIDACTIC or any other company in its group, within the framework of their activities.

4/ Terms of Use (TOUs) of the Website

4.1/ Access conditions for users

By browsing the Website, users accept these terms of use describing the conditions under which users can access the Website and their obligations (in particular with regard to intellectual property). Users who continue to access the Website are considered by DIDACTIC to have accepted these TOUs. DIDACTIC may change the content of the TOUs at any time and without notice.
