Mission(s)

In a complex environment in which the concentration of actors has been a major trend for some years, today I have, the commercial responsibility of France key accounts customers at Didactic (Private Central purchasing, Private Hospital Groups, Public Hospital Groups…)

My feedback

For more than 25 years at Didactic, I have been able to evolve and perform various business functions in the company. Member of the Management Committee, I am proud to have participated, in the development of Didactic with all the teams for some years.

Everyday I appreciate, the autonomy, the freedom and the responsibilities that are entrusted to us.
We are in a company whereeveryone can express themselves and is listened.

At Didactic, I have the role of HR Assistant and I am in daily contact with all the company employees.

My missions are various and of all types. They concern the work life of the employee from the moment they join.  They go from integration to training, to personnel administration and even to various HR projects.

If I had to define my job in one word: versatility.

I’m delighted to work at Didactic because of the trust, the autonomy and the help I receive to progress in relation to my apprenticeship. I appreciate the family, friendly and human side of the company. I am proud to work at Didactic and to participate in the development of the company. I am happy to come to work every week.

Mission(s)

I am a Sales Administration Assistant in Didactic, and I am in charge of daily relations with our customers.

I like the diversity of my tasks, the busy days, the relations with our clients and being able to answer their needs while ensuring a high-quality service.

My feedback

I like the team work spirit, the help between colleagues, the communication between the departments and our managers, who are approachable and are always ready to answer to my questions. In Didactic, I am trusted and given responsibilities on different tasks.

Didactic has given me the chance to grow within the company. The positive points are the follow-up of my manager during the integration, a really warm welcome from all teams, the availability of my colleagues from the Sales Administration Department to answer and train me when I arrived.

Didactic’s characteristics that makes my work environment pleasant: daily cheerfulness, positive management, pleasant work environment, dynamic spirit, possibility to work from home, lots of initiatives for workplace wellness (animation committee, recreation facilities)

Mission(s)

After 10 years in the maritime sector, I am now in the medical sector.

I started in the Procurement dept. responsible for a portfolio of suppliers in Asia and Europe. My job involves analysis of the sales/stocks, pass and follow up of orders from production to shipment and delivery. Intermed is also part of my supplier profile, together with the Intermed team, we plan the monthly production. I liaise with the Shipping and Customs agent to ensure the containers are custom cleared and ready for delivery and then plan the delivery for these containers to our warehouse. My position evolved from Import responsibilities to include Export sales notably Cross Trade.  I follow the orders for some of the export customers in Africa, UK, Middle East and Asia.

My feedback

The company as a whole has a good camaraderie and all teams work well together. Various different activities are planned throughout the year that help give good work life ambiance.
After living and working in different countries, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome that I received and how quickly I was accepted as part of the Didactic family.
