Mission(s)

I am a Sales Administration Assistant in Didactic, and I am in charge of daily relations with our customers.

I like the diversity of my tasks, the busy days, the relations with our clients and being able to answer their needs while ensuring a high-quality service.

My feedback

I like the team work spirit, the help between colleagues, the communication between the departments and our managers, who are approachable and are always ready to answer to my questions. In Didactic, I am trusted and given responsibilities on different tasks.

Didactic has given me the chance to grow within the company. The positive points are the follow-up of my manager during the integration, a really warm welcome from all teams, the availability of my colleagues from the Sales Administration Department to answer and train me when I arrived.

Didactic’s characteristics that makes my work environment pleasant: daily cheerfulness, positive management, pleasant work environment, dynamic spirit, possibility to work from home, lots of initiatives for workplace wellness (animation committee, recreation facilities)
